The Best Macaroni & Cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Next combine...

  • 8 oz. of elbow or other bite-sized macaroni (half of a 1 lb. package; already cooked and well drained)
Transfer combined mix to greased 2 quart casserole. Top with a mix of half breadcrumbs, half grated parmesan cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes. Breadcrumb topping should be golden brown and cheese mixture should be bubbling a bit.

Remove from oven and let sit at least 5 min. before serving.
